What is the expected shipping time?

We have entered the mass production stage now. The first batch of pre-order products is expected to start shipping around the 20th of June. We’ll keep you updated via email if anything changes.

Which countries do you support for delivery?

We offer delivery services to select countries to ensure our users receive the best shipping experience. We offer free shipping for backers residing in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, the US Permanently-inhabited Territories, and Protectorates) and Canada.
*Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to regions outside the specified countries.

Can I use a discount code with the pre-order launch price?

The pre-order launch price is already a heavily discounted offer and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount codes. Applying a discount code will result in your pre-order being canceled.

Pre-order terms & conditions

1. Pre-Order Agreement
By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a product in advance of its official release or availability. This secures your spot in the shipping queue once the item becomes available.
2. Deposit Payment
You agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve the item. This deposit does not cover the full purchase price. The remaining balance of $1559 must be paid before the product is shipped.
3. Final Payment
We will notify you via email when your product is ready to ship. At that time, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is not paid within [7] days of notification, your order may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
4. Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date is the 20th of June. This is an estimate and is subject to change due to production schedules, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen delays. We will communicate any changes via email.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that we cancel the pre-order or are unable to fulfill the product. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before the final payment, the deposit will not be refunded.
6. Product Changes
During the production process, there may be minor changes in design, specifications, or packaging. We will notify you via email of any such updates. If you are not comfortable with the changes, you may request a full refund, including your deposit.
