    Great laptop at an incredible price.

    Wasn't sure what to expect?

    I wasn't sure what to expect buy a sub $700 computer, but this thing is very fast. Not to mention with external gpu I can see this being a great computer for games. It's been a couple of days and I haven't had any issues yet. Oh the finger print reader kind of stinks.

    Bare Bones Model

    I recently bought the N175 bare bones laptop. For what it offered the price was pretty good. Shipping was pretty quick, too. I installed my own RAM and SSD card. Make sure you check the battery connection when the back is off. Mine was unplugged but I didn't notice it so had to open it up again to check it. Also, the wifi wasn't working. The card wasn't even showing up in the Device Manager. I contacted tech assistance and they were able to help solve the problem. The card just wasn't seated properly. Easy fix. At first I didn't have much success finding help when I called them, and the online chat was not really helpful either. When I tried the email they provided I got a very rapid response so make sure you use that as the primary contact method. It's still new so I haven't had a lot of time on it yet. I runs pretty fast, seems to be doing the job just fine. The speakers are not very good so I might use an external Bluetooth if I want good sound. For now I'm pretty happy with the laptop. We'll see how it goes after a few months of working with it.

    The performance far exceeded my expectation. Display is nice. The laptop as a whole is rather beautiful. My only complaint would be the sound quality from the laptop speakers. Other than that an excellent laptop.
