Refurbished Nimo computers: 1-year limited repair warranty and 30-day return and exchange period from the original purchase date. These terms apply to refurbished products in all condition grades.

To request a return, exchange, or covered repair, use our service request form or contact service@nimopc.com. Provide your proof of purchase and device serial number for warranty service. No separate RMA authorization is required for returns. Nimo provides return shipping labels under the Return Policy.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Condition-based deductions and charges for customer-caused damage or missing items follow the Return Policy. Original expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
New Nimo computers are covered against defects by a 2-year limited repair warranty. Refurbished Nimo computers are covered against defects by a 1-year limited repair warranty. Warranty periods begin on the original purchase date. Accessories and merchandise follow the terms listed below.
Nimo will, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period, provided that Nimo's technical staff determines them to be defective. Nimo reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with a different brand or model during the warranty period. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, Nimo reserves the right to substitute the component with an equivalent item or offer an upgrade option. Any abuse, misuse, modification, or attempted modification of the product without prior written authorization from Nimo will void this warranty.
Nimo reserves the right to charge for labor (minimum one hour), diagnostics, shipping, handling, and insurance if it is determined that the product is not defective or the problem was caused by user error, software, configuration changes, or any modification of the product. Products covered under this limited warranty must be returned to Nimo's facility for repair or replacement. During the third year of a 3-year extended limited system warranty, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and a $55 deductible fee. Please back up your data before returning any Product and/or Accessories for repair or replacement.
PC accessories, including chargers, adapters, hubs, cables, and external GPU docks: These accessories come with a 1-year warranty against defects. They are eligible for a 90-day free return and exchange period from the date of purchase.
Polo Shirt, T-Shirt, Hat, Desk Mat, and Mouse Pad: These accessories are eligible for a 7-day return and 15-day exchange period. They do not have a warranty period.
