Definition of Malicious Damage:
- Any product damage resulting from abnormal use is considered malicious damage.
- This includes but is not limited to:
- Exposing the product to extreme temperatures or humidity
- Dropping or impacting the product
- Disassembling or modifying the product
- Using unauthorized accessories or software
- Using the product for purposes other than its intended use
Warranty for All Accessories:
All Nimo PC accessories (including chargers, adapters, and hubs) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The return and replacement policy for accessories aligns with the new product policy.
Returns for Peripherals:
Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.
