Returns
All returned computers are inspected after arrival. Any refund adjustment is based on the condition of the product received by Nimo compared with the condition in which it was originally sold.

| Like New | No deduction |
| Very Good | 10% deduction |
| Good | 15% deduction |

| Condition Change | Refund Adjustment |
|---|---|
| Same grade | No deduction |
| One grade lower | No deduction |
| Two grades lower | 5% deduction |
Examples: Like New to Very Good receives a full refund; Very Good to Good receives a full refund; Like New to Good is subject to a 5% deduction.
Customer-caused damage—including liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification—and missing components or accessories are not covered by the standard grading table. These cases are reviewed manually. Nimo may deduct the documented loss in value, repair cost, or replacement cost, up to 100% of the merchandise price.
No condition-based deduction will apply when the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage not caused by the customer.

Customers praised this Ryzen 5 6600H laptop for "amazing" gaming performance and "fast, efficient" multitasking at an unbeatable price. The 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and Radeon 660M graphics handle AAA games smoothly. However, some noted trackpad issues, heat during intensive tasks, speaker quality concerns, and non-standard keyboard layout.
Great laptop! Can do moderate gaming, and I’m sure my shoes photo editing software will run like a dream. Only issue is the trackpad, it’s jumpy, laggy, and inaccurate. Otherwise it’s great!
This is a fast machine that xan handle alot. At under $500. There isn't a better machine. I've had $1500.00 laptops that couldn't preform as good as this 1.
I bought this to run my 3d scanning/printing/rendering software. I had 3 different rendering engines open at one time to compare functionality in real time, and it was still operating fairly normally. It just barely slowed down.
I'll be honest, I was pretty off-put by the "made in China" sticker. I wasn't expecting that, and was actively trying my hardest to avoid it. I concede, however, that this computer actually does what it says it will do(rare in my experience).
I haven't used this for gaming. However, after what I've done, I highly doubt anyone would have a problem.

Its good while playing games but performance wise it's not the best its really slow especially when browsing the web its super slow and I have Ethernet idk why its so slow but its good
working like a charm
Incredibly awesome
All little weird things I needed are included
Backlit keyboard? Camera cover? ASU compatibility?
Perfection
Very good laptop! I can easily work on all my projects
So far things are good with my new PC. I still haven't figured out how to get the usb output to continue charging my phone when the lid is closed. May have to give customer service a call to see if they can help. Otherwise, the transfer of info from my previous laptop went smoothly, and all seems to be working as it should.
-Good sound quality,-runs extremely fast with no lag,- setup took about the same amount of time as any name-brand computer.-holds all of my files and school projects no problem with very quick upload speedthe off button is it’s own circle above the keyboard so there’s no issue of accidentally clicking it and erasing 2 hours of work because you didn’t save it (this happened with my previous laptop). The battery charges very fast but seems to drain a bit more then I expected(though not too much, you can still get a solid 6 hours before you need to charge). You very much get your money’s worth.
I setup for my usual dual boot windows/mint was pretty straight forward. I ran a remote screen from the HDMI, that also worked on both OS's, the only drawback was the sound is pretty limited. Not a real requirement for me, because the bluetooth works well. So far has been reliable, the sleep function will need some work, the wake up has been a bit spotty.
Works fast was easy to set up and if you save stuff to cloud it moves it right over.
Got it for my wife she loved it
Excellent affordable gaming laptop
Decent value on sale. No battery cap feature to only charge up to 80%, sadly. First time boot didn't post but the screen was hot keyed to a display off state. after power cycling repeatedly that was overcome. Micron 32gb single ddr5 ram and Kingston 1tb nvm.e are nice touches. Seems like a high capacity battery too, which is kind of silly they didn't embed a controller for the software to interface with it. Overall, should last a while for a personal always on tailscale Ubuntu server
Needed a laptop to replace a laptop that I had had for 7 years. It was slow, needed more a long with space overall needed an upgrade that could be used as a family computer that could dock to other monitors for the purpose of work and for gaming. The computer has excellent battery life. Especially when put into battery saver mode if you are not gaming. It is a laptop that can last all day. When you put it into sleep mode battery consumption is almost non existent.Productivity:The device runs fast with no lag. If you have a word doc that is 1000+ pages word does not go into a state of doc not responding and struggling to go from one section to the next.Doing research like I have to do for my papers. I end up opening a lot of tabs. To date have had no issues with having as many as 30 up at one time.High intensity programs like video editing, music/voice recording and video capture running at the same time there is no lag. Even upload speed is good.GamingThe wife says graphics are clear, on some games graphics may have to be shifted from high to mid. That doesn’t change the quality of the game all that much. She appreciated no graphic lag. When running high intensity games you hear the fans kick in.A gripeThe finger print entry into the computer is very sensitive and picky. Doesn’t always let you in. Had to rescan my finger tip a couple times to get a solid result. Position on the fingertip scanner is what makes and breaks it.The eye board maybe full size but the number pad feels like it was an after thought and squeezed in. The way the keys are situated are a bit awkward and don’t have the same set up. Which makes some of the keys nearer feel smaller if you learned to type on a standard keyboard. You can adapt of like me I use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse since ours Operates more like a desktop computer. It operates like a desktop computer when it comes to performance and the amount of storage and ram. If looking for a desktop computer that is a laptop this the computer you want. It’s also assembled in the USA.
I needed a new laptop so I started researching and found this little gem. This little Nimo computer packs alot of great features and the price was in my range. I was replacing an two year old HP laptop that simply stopped working. This laptop is fast, very fast! It's very easy to jump between screens when you are multitasking. It has a lot of storage and is expandable. I had really wanted a touch screen but decided to go without one. You just can't go wrong with this little gem.
To date, the laptop has functioned flawlessly.I have no complaints on any of the features.Very reasonable price.
I have been using this since I received it on July 6th, and I have had no issues with it. It is lightyears ahead of my previous laptop. It is fulfilling my needs.
Only had it for 3 weeks. So far, so good. It has plenty of power, excellent response, and the video is exceptionally clear
Good parts, great model design, lovely build
Looks and was amazing the first few times I used it. Then the charger was no longer recognized on any ports nor outlets so I can't charge the laptop. I just purchased it about 3 weeks ago and have used it 5 or 6 times. It was on my desk the whole time with the charger next to it not plugged in. I didn't realize what was wrong until I was using it and the battery got low, so I plugged in the charger and the screen didn't brighten. I hope it's the charger and not the laptop as fixing the issue will be time consuming. Not very happy.UPDATE: It was the charger cord that came with it. The charging base and laptop are working fine. Customer service on their website replied right away and we got it resolved!
This laptop is very well made, and it works very well.
Works great for my nephew
Initially, I had reservations about purchasing this laptop, particularly after reading several negative reviews. I also noticed that comparable models from major brands were priced $500 to $1,000 higher, despite having similar specifications. After using this laptop, however, I was pleasantly surprised. Right out of the box, its performance was excellent. I tested it with a high-performance game, and it kept up with laptops from more established brands. Based on my experience, I would recommend this laptop.
Great computer for the money, using this to start content creation.
So far this lap top does all I need
The computer is really fast with uploads
This lttilw laptop as a trooper, heck even vs 2022 compiling my 100,000 line plus c++ app. The misco sd card reader work great as well!Gaming not so much, the video editing, programming, etc. works great!Battery life is also first class.
Outstanding piece of equipment!!🇺🇸
