All returned computers are inspected after arrival. Any refund adjustment is based on the condition of the product received by Nimo compared with the condition in which it was originally sold.
Normal setup, testing, and light signs of ordinary use that still meet our Like New standard will not result in a deduction.

The percentage is calculated using the merchandise price actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
For refurbished products, the returned condition is compared with the condition grade in which the product was sold:

Examples: Like New to Very Good receives a full refund; Very Good to Good receives a full refund; Like New to Good is subject to a 5% deduction.
Customer-caused damage—including liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification—and missing components or accessories are not covered by the standard grading table. These cases are reviewed manually. Nimo may deduct the documented loss in value, repair cost, or replacement cost, up to 100% of the merchandise price.
No condition-based deduction will apply when the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage not caused by the customer.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Returns for Peripherals:
Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

The battery life drains somewhat quickly, but that isn’t a problem for me since I just use it at home. It runs smoothly and very fast! I have been playing games on it with friends and it has been doing a wonderful job.
Easy to configure
Amazing value. I got this to replace a similarly priced 15.6" laptop (from a different manufacturer) with the same 16gb RAM and 1 TB SSD. The first laptop had an older (2017) intel i7 processor. This one has the newer (2023) intel i5 processor. I returned the first laptop because the wifi was not functioning.No problem with the wifi on this unit. And the speed difference is dramatically faster on this unit. It stays cooler, and battery life is at least double.The aluminum Red top looks very nice also. The build quality feels great.Another interesting thing. When setting this unit up for the first time, it goes through all of usual "legal" anoying microsoft prolonged intrusive crap. Along with the microsoft account setup, all the 365, one drive and copilot junk. The previous unit, suspiciously did none of that. So, I feel this company is more legit.So far, I am very impressed with this unit from NIMO.
As there were only a few reviews I decided to take a chance on this laptop and now that I have had it for a while decided to write a review. I had never heard of this brand before, but the components seemed good and the price was reasonable compared to a similar laptop from the better known brands. As a disclaimer I only use this for basic computing, some light office work, internet browsing, and occasionally watching a streaming service. The laptop arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, set up was effortless, and I was using it withing an hour after it did a few updates. I have been happy with my purchase, it streams without buffering, handles daily office tasks with ease, and of course browses the internet seamlessly. The laptop itself feels well made, the keyboard has a nice feel, the speakers are fine, and the screen has a good picture. One bonus to me is that it is upgradeable, if I want to bump the memory up to 32gb later it is easy to do. I have not had it long enough to speak to longevity, but if it dies unexpectedly I will update the review.
Thus far, very pleased with the NIMO laptop. It is fast, responsive and has better storage capacities than higher priced name brand lap tops. It was easy to setup and I'm still learning some of it's other features.

So far, I am very satisfied with this laptop. I will hold off on a 5-star review until I explore more of its capabilities - I hope to launch a podcast at some point - but I have been impressed to this point. This is not surprising. I did a good deal of pre-purchase laptop research and the reviews for Nimo products were very positive.
I love this laptop, I use it mainly to watch stuff and read. I did try to game on it, didnt work to well. It lags pretty quickly. But, for an everyday use laptop for your daily needs and videos, a great laptop.
