Fast, No Bloatware

I decided to try Nimo after years of using HP and Lenovo. I am glad I decided to give Nimo a try. The 90 day no hassle return sealed the deal to make the purchase. Anyone offering that kind of return policy must have confidence in their products. The packinging was great. Everything arrived intact and exactly as I ordered it. Set up was quick and easy. The touchpad is very responsive. The fingerprint reader works very well. I really like the backlit keyboard for low light conditions. Best of all - no pre installed bloatware like you normally get from HP and Lenovo. Just Windows 11 Home ready to go. I got the red/silver because I liked the higher contrast of the keyboard (black keys, silver background). The keyboard is quiet and has a nice haptic feel as you type. I am still getting used to the keyboard layout. I knew before ordering that it would be slightly different from my old laptops. The number pad does not have an Enter key on the right and the decimal is now atop the 9 key, but with a little more use it will become second nature to typr numbers with decimals. Startup is fast. Having 32GB RAM this machine is fast and responsive. Overall, great machine. Highly reccomend to anyone looking to upgrade their laptop. More bang for the buck and less hassle.

Good deal

The laptop is solid and the price I purchased it for? A no brainer.

good budget laptop

it serves my purpose, but doesn't have enough CPU power for some of trading applications. Good for now...

Nimo accessories

Please make more new products, super sleek ang great.

Perfect

It’s amazing I love it does exactly what I need it to do and then some great laptop. I would definitely recommend this model and this new and upcoming family business I talked to customer service twice now and they are amazing. Again thank you guys.

Great!!

Wonderful, easy check out, came in good time and good shape! 10/10!

Good buy better than I expected .

I have only had my laptop 1 week today. I love it so far . I purchased the laptop for gaming because my desktop is for my WFH job. The price was a bonus . I bought during back to school sale. I am pleased with my purchase. I play Palia on if and I haven’t had any issues.

Just what I needed.

Too expensive. I lost my charger and needed a replacement. Cheaper than buying a new computer though.

Sleek light and good

Better than I expected. Went from 17 inch win 10 laptop to this one. All I can say is, it’s better than I expected…keep on swimming

N154

Have had this laptop now for a little longer than a month and it has proven to be even better than I imagined. Quick and easy setup and all the features I need. Highly recomend and will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Added bonus is it comes "clean", no bloatware to deal with.

For the money, this is a beautiful laptop with a very reasonable price and construction. I like everything about it with the exception of the battery, which doesn’t last as long as I would like!

Accessories

Everything product you folks make are great. I hope more are in the works

Nimo

barebone is easy to work and upgrade.

Great laptop at an incredible price.

Nice Laptop

Honestly it does everything I have needed it to do so far. I haven't tried to download and play any crazy games because I got it for school but it runs Hearthstone good. My only complaints are I am not the biggest fan of how small the right shift key is because I keep accidentally hitting the up arrow. My other complaint is the speakers on it aren't great. I was playing some modules for school and they don't sound great and I don't like watching YouTube on it. I would give it 5 stars if the speakers were better.

Great for price

I have been using the 32gb 1tb version of this model for over a month now. I purchased it on sale for $600. This is a good laptop. There are very few downsides here. I previously had an acer predator from 2018 with a 7th gen intel i7 and an nvidia gpu, which is a comparable mid-range gaming laptop... from 7 years ago. I liked that computer, and I thought it was future-proofed, but apparently not, because support for Windows 10 was going to run out in Oct 2025, and I needed to get a replacement before then. The cutoff was 8th gen intel. Bummer.

So I found myself in the position of having to buy a new laptop in order to ensure continued security updates.

I spent over $1000 for that mid-range gaming laptop in 2018, and while it did have a dedicated gpu, in many other ways, it is well and truly outdated compared to this bad boy from NIMO. That computer only had 256gb of SSD due to the priciness of SSDs at the time, and there are myriad cpu features that this 2022 AMD has that were unheard of only four years earlier. I am able to run some AAA titles with an ease that feels almost too good to be true. Moreover, my 2018 predator was a BEAST in size comparison to this model, even though they both share the same screen dimensions. My NIMO N155 feels like an airbook. It runs with such little heat and with such a quiet fan that I barely hear anything even when I am clocking at high speeds. This clocks at a base speed of 3.2 GHz which is faster than the max clock speed of my previous. I am amazed at how far we have come in such a short amount of time.

I have few complaints about the build quality and features, but there are some tradeoffs. The keyboard took a bit of getting used to, particularly due to the numpad's odd design. I regret not checking more closely on it, because I consider a numpad to be a dealbreaker on a laptop. Yes, this has one, but if you look closely, you will find that there is not a second "Enter" key on the bottom right of the numpad (which is standard), the plus, minus, and period keys are not in their normal places, AND the home and end keys are only pressable by disabling the num lock. That means you have to constantly turn num lock on and off as you are typing/editing anything that involves numbers. It is very inconvenient. You might argue that all the functionality is still there, and so as long as you keep practicing, you will eventually develop the muscle memory to use it efficiently. However, after over a month, I still have yet to develop that skill. Another tradeoff here is the lack of wifi 6.

But the price is still only $600. And so far, these are the ONLY tradeoffs I have found. Considering I am paying over $400 less in 2025 dollars for a superior computer, I could not be happier with my purchase. It's worth pointing out that NIMO is an American brand - when I originally saw the price, I naturally assumed that I was looking at a cheap Chinese brand (the sleazy anime graphics on the cover photo also didn't help). I decided to double check, and to my surprise, NIMO is based in Delaware. What more could I ask for?

Wasn't sure what to expect?

I wasn't sure what to expect buy a sub $700 computer, but this thing is very fast. Not to mention with external gpu I can see this being a great computer for games. It's been a couple of days and I haven't had any issues yet. Oh the finger print reader kind of stinks.

Home Run Out of the Park

I needed to say goodbye to my incompatible Windows 10 PC, so I went looking for a system with TB storage, good RAM, and good processing speed at a price that wouldn’t break the bank. Comparing oranges to oranges, I looked at Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Asus etc, etc and tripped across Nimo. I had never heard of them before and was very impressed not only by it being a small, family owned company but was offering a limited but impressive range of systems at prices that knocked my socks off. They were advertising system prices at about half of what the name brands offered. I decided to take a gamble and ordered an N151 for my wife for $384 figuring that if it tuned out to be a dud, I wouldn’t be out too much money. She used it for a couple months and was quite happy with it. No glitches or quirks. I then ordered an N156 for myself and have been very pleased with the speed and performance. I can’t recommend Nimo systems highly enough. The pricing is great, their stated commitment to customer service is impressive and, best of all, they don’t have to answer to shareholding investors. Give them a shot. You won’t regret it!

Nice mini pc.

Easy to setup Windows 11. A good & quiet small form factor PC for what most people would need.

Works well, but odd keyboard layout.

The computer came quickly, better condition that I expected, and works well. My only complaint is there is no “print screen” key, and the layout of the arrow pad, right shift key, and number pad is kindof merged and weird so I keep hitting the wrong keys. No enter key with the number pad, and the period is at the top instead of bottom. It really messes me up since the other computers I use a lot are all pretty similar to each other and this one is not.

nimopc

I'm not tech savvy enough to do a review for this PC.
However, the customer/tech support is top notch!

Normally don't give a five-star review.

Quality built laptop. Very quick on startup. Graphics are smooth and bright colorful. Backlight keyboard great. This laptop exceeds all expectations.

I LOVE how it's 2T of storage and 64GB of RAM for only 700!!! Most of the ones I looked at with the same upgrades were over like 2000 dollars so this is like insanely good
