All returned computers are inspected after arrival. Any refund adjustment is based on the condition of the product received by Nimo compared with the condition in which it was originally sold.
Normal setup, testing, and light signs of ordinary use that still meet our Like New standard will not result in a deduction.

The percentage is calculated using the merchandise price actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
For refurbished products, the returned condition is compared with the condition grade in which the product was sold:

Examples: Like New to Very Good receives a full refund; Very Good to Good receives a full refund; Like New to Good is subject to a 5% deduction.
Customer-caused damage—including liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification—and missing components or accessories are not covered by the standard grading table. These cases are reviewed manually. Nimo may deduct the documented loss in value, repair cost, or replacement cost, up to 100% of the merchandise price.
No condition-based deduction will apply when the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage not caused by the customer.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

All Nimo PC accessories (including chargers, adapters, and hubs) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The return and replacement policy for accessories aligns with the new product policy.
Returns for Peripherals:
Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

I must admit, at first I was a bit skeptical when I heard of Nimo Pc’s. I was looking for a laptop for my daughter for school work. Unboxing the laptop you will see that they took great care in boxing the laptop and the quality really does shine out the box. Setting up was a breeze and my daughter was happy. Upgrading to more Ram and storage space is really cheap. I will definitely buy another laptop from NIMO for my other kids.

A great computer for a great price. Easy setup out of the box. Everything works efficiently and quickly. Almost no one offers a two year warranty. Extremely pleased with purchase. Replaced a 14 year old laptop that was 5 times the price, and no noticeable difference.

Good gaming laptop for the sims. The battery life is horrible though. Lasts maybe two hours before needing to be charged again.
Great value easy set up fast delivery
It was quite easy to set up and transfer data from previous laptop. Its an older model, but appears unused. Nicely light weight. Its not as fast but my internet is shaky. The keyboard is just right, and has the numbers on the side.
It is very good computer for daily use. I love the bigger screen , it's make it easy for me looking at screen it with out wearing my eye glasses .

Great low-cost laptop. I tried a few other low-cost laptops that felt like they would fall apart in a month. This unit feels solid and comes with a solid charger not a check "phone" charging cube.
Set up was easy...v we ry few cuss words were spoken. Holds a good charge. Clear bright screen. As for games, I only play games like bingo and candy crush. So they work really well for those games. I don't know about actual gamers, but yeah, it's fast and does the what it needs to do on those games. I think this is the best keyboard that I've ever had on a laptop. The only thing I find different is that the 0 on the right hand side of the keyboard, is in a weird place between the back arrow button and the decimal point. And yes , I would buy it again...great value for the money!
This is a nice laptop for the money and I am very happy with its performance. It has features the others don't have in this price range such as a backlit keyboard twice the RAM and twice the hard drive/memory and a 2 year warranty where the other big name laptops offer 1 year. What I don't like is the new keyboard layout. The far right column (enter, +/-/.) has been eliminated so a co-pilot key could be added in the bottom space bar row. The traditional long vertical enter key is nonexistent the +/-/. keys moved to the F-key row at the top which is taking some getting used to, other than that I would recommend this computer if you are looking for value, performance and features.
This little computer is amazing! Just what I needed. Adding printer? Plug it in and turn it on. Everything was so easy to convert. Very fast too. Colors are rich and deep.
This is the second time I purchased 2 of them. They are good quality. I had to call them on the first round of laptops but I don’t remember why. They had me up and running very quickly. I’ll probably buy them again in the future if I need to add more to my shop. I use them in a production environment so quality, speed and uptime are important to me.
So far my Nimo has performed flawlessly during setup and downloading of Microsoft's free trail of personal 365. This supports my decision to purchase it since it appeared to be a great value. Time will tell about long term reliability but I am a very satisfied customer right now.
Great little laptop. Defiantly from a plant that makes others Lenovo, gateway, and others. Shares the same packaging, laptop shell, as other lower end brands. The windows serial/install is legit.Only big complaint is there are suspect programs/drivers installed on the laptop running in the background from the manufacturer. Easy enough to wipe it clean with a fresh install of windows 11 from Microsoft.However, I haven’t encountered this since the late 90’s. The windows 11 install does not contain a driver for the wireless card. You can download one from the manufacturer website, but all the drivers have been modified by the company for install, SUSPECT, but using the listed drivers you can download them from the manufacturer websites like intel.Once you get a clean version on windows on the laptop, I added another 8 gig stick of ram I had laying around, it runs just as well as my Dell that cost 4x as much.
I was slightly reluctant to purchase this brand because I’ve never heard of it. But the company is US based and the laptop is awesome! Great quality, easy set up, no issues connecting to home Wi-Fi, speed test is phenomenal. I would recommend this brand above Dell Toshiba, HP and Lenovo. The price is better than theirs, and the laptop is same good quality, if not better.
