All returned computers are inspected after arrival. Any refund adjustment is based on the condition of the product received by Nimo compared with the condition in which it was originally sold.
Normal setup, testing, and light signs of ordinary use that still meet our Like New standard will not result in a deduction.

The percentage is calculated using the merchandise price actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

Customer-caused damage—including liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification—and missing components or accessories are not covered by the standard grading table. These cases are reviewed manually. Nimo may deduct the documented loss in value, repair cost, or replacement cost, up to 100% of the merchandise price.
No condition-based deduction will apply when the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage not caused by the customer.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Does everything I wanted it to do and more. Have had it for over a week now and its been great, zero issues with it. Handles lower intensity games such as Minecraft, Roblox and Raid Shadow Legends with no issues. If you go up a tier to titles like Path of Exile 2 then you'll need to lower the graphics settings but still is great and obviously there other tiers of laptops on Nimo if youre looking for more intense gaming capabilities.
Good specs on the laptop, fast, good ports, good storage. My only complaint is that there is a faint static sound coming from the laptop. I thought it was maybe the fan or the hard drive but couldn't figure it out so I they gave me a replacement and it has the same sound coming from the laptop. I think its on all of their laptops. When I play a video, the sound comes out the laptop fine and you don't notice the static noise. But when you not playing anything on the speakers then you hear it. Its not a super loud sound though. If you don't care about that then the laptop is solid.
Glorious piece of hardware and I love the blue! For a budget gaming laptop, $700 was not too bad at all! It plays the games I need it to! And quite well, at that! (Guild Wars 2, Sims 4, etc.)I honestly have no complaints! It is fast, has only crashed once since I got it, and if there was one thing I wish was this: That the included USB-C charging wire was longer, so that it could comfortably fit over my full-size bed fully!Other than that, again, I have no complaints! Time will tell how this little unit will handle! But for $700 I am pleasantly surprised!I do wish it had a 2 TB option though, my 1 TB of storage space is filling up unfortunately quickly! Already almost halfway gone! But yeah, it's a good computer that looks nice and isn't too expensive, either! What more can you ask for?

I think a lot of other ppl have already talked about the heat issue, and my experience is the same. I didn't use a cooling pad/stand and did a lot of graphic-intensive stuff, which caused mine to shut down prematurely. Nimo sent me a new one very very quickly though, so it wasn't a big problem. I'm using this mainly for college but it does handle light gaming very well. I noticed more graphic-intense games (ex: Genshin, HSR) will cause the laptop to heat very quickly, though. But it's been about 8 months since they sent me the replacement and it's been great with a cooling pad so far. If you want a solid work/school laptop with light gaming on the side, this is perf!!
I am very pleased with this laptop and its performance is even better than expected. I use it primarily for educational and home office but have also tested its performance with a XBox Live; particularly FORZA which is a high demand racing game.The system has consistently stayed much cooler than other gaming laptops I have used and so far has not felt overloaded. This is a big plus.There have been some software conflicts between Windows update graphic drivers and the AMD graphic video driver, once windows updates are applied, but typically AMD provides an update that resolves these issues, causing game performance to return to previous high performance.These problems seem to be less of an issue than they were initially.The appearance is sleek, the battery life is as promised which means all day use of standard applications is very possible.I’m excited that this family owned business is becoming highly competitive and I don’t think the value and power of this laptop can be beat at this price range.Quite frankly, I feel like I hit a home-run with this purchase. Everything has been great so far. You can't beat the price, especially in this day and age! I'm not thrilled with the keyboard layout. I'm used to having an enter by the nine key, that's been throwing me off. I get that it's to save space
Another issue was the page up/down keys require the numock key. Why not function + up or down? This is the only time since the mid 90s I've had to worry about the using numlock key.
This laptop exceeded my expections, dies fast but the charger is very fast
This is a major upgrade from my previous laptop, and I could not be happier. I do not do heavy gaming, but for the gaming that I do do this more than meets the needs and actually exceeds them.
So far so good. Works great. Runs the games I want it to. So far. The fans are very very loud though.The battery does not last long while gaming but duh, it even says it in the product information. Also I did have a touchscreen 17 inch so this is taking some getting used to.But all in all it is great! Nothing defective.
I originally had issues with the first computeer but Im all in for 2nd chancws and I am quite happy with this computre it set up very quick. It works great even with my havy graphic game WoW. Is a good one. The only problem is the keyboard. It's easy to make mistakes with the arrows, shift, enter and number keyboard with the disposal of them. The touch of touchpad is not so premium, and forget about the finger digital recognition.

I needed a new laptop for work, casual gaming and browsing, as well as some creative stuff. This is perfect. While I haven't fully tested the gaming capabilities yet, this has better specs than my previous laptop and that one was able to run what I play so I imagine this will do so better. I have done work, browsing and creative stuff and can confirm this is wonderful for that. The 180 hinge screen makes it easy for my to work on creative stuff, the ports make it easy to hook up everything I need for work and some. Battery life is good, charge is quick. The backlit keyboard is a GAMECHANGER for someone who works later at night sometimes or is up writing stuff at midnight in the dark. The design itself seem fancy. I enjoy the sleep button so easily accesible as well as all other must need buttons. I use a number pad often for work and had no issues adjusting to this one. The build quality seems sturdy. I color is a perfect pretty muted rose gold. It's fast for everything I need, boots up in literal seconds every time. I love this thing, its a nice upgrade, pretty to look at, cute logo, works well. Shipping was fast too.
