Astonished comes to mind very quickly. I was looking for a laptop that would handle the hell I was going to put it through. I needed the power of a huge tower unit with no room to set it up. I do custom map builds for DayZ as well as play and venture around in the virtual unreal world of gaming. Not knowing anything about the company or its products I was hesitant to purchase. I was quickly amazed at the shipping packaging alone. Setting this up I was still skeptical but off we went. got through initial set up got my coffee and away we went. Loaded up my editor and began. No issues there ran smoothly no hiccups. The editor alone requires 32g of ram to run smoothly. So just for fun I decided to load up a few more things at the same time. that did not slow down this thing. I have had this for 4 mnths and I am still having fun editing and playing and everyday stuff. I would ABSOLUTLEY recommend the Nimo N153.

Works as expected. Old unit would stop charging at times
I ended up bending and breaking the cord part that was attached to the laptop port within the first month. Mainly because I am used to my old PC having a long enough cord to pick the unit up and put on my lap. This one is shorter. Not the greatest design for this particular part of the laptop. What's wrong with the regular adapter plugins?

I got the replacement charger I ordered and it was damaged. This is about the third charger now for my kids laptop in a little over a year. I did get a replacement on the broken one though which was cool since it cost $30. I wish the chargers were more durable and longer lasting though.

i am a Nimo customer for life, and here’s why… i purchased a totalkybgerird out laptop for 2 gig cox just to see. All my PCs were a few years old so i thought i would grab a “new” 2.5Mbps system to try. After looking a couple weeks the best bang i could find was the Nimo.I purchased for a reduced sale price and was happy with the price. Two days later they had a holiday added savings sale offering an additional $50 off. Aw man, just missed it! Almost of the throw away I called their customer service and asked him if I could get the $50 I just bought one I hadn’t received it yet literally just bought it a day or so ago and could I qualify please for the discount and you know what they gave it to me I couldn’t believe it I absolutely couldn’t believe it they issued me a $50 refund on my card it was amazing. so now I have an awesome laptop. it was no bells and whistles only around $600 but right out of the box it was consistently clocking 1300 to 1400 Mbps on wifi!! Blew my doors off with no tweaking the cards or trouble shooting. so a very solid hi performance machine out of the box, true plug and play energy. a few months in I went to hard power down on a windows update issue that interfered with my speed and i was narrowing it down, eliminated the nimo when i went to hard power down the laptop as i needed - completed power down to TS the router and modem. pressing and holding down the power button created a permanent off state and i could not get power to return. with absolutely zero problems when i contacted them they had me do the mandatory checks, happy to do, and immediately scheduled a full replacement, based on what i reported. the turn around was like 2 or 3 days and presto changeo - i have a brand news zero out of pocket replacement - no questions asked. They even agreed to allow me to remove the SSD with a video of me showing the extraction. Instead of finding ways to slow down the process or hit me up with stalls and slow downs they just opened up the doors and just trusted everything I said and replaced it in a heartbeat - I mean what more could you possibly want from any company than that - yeah fan for life customer even longer.
They wouldn't send me a battery for my computer. I will NOT be purchasing another Nimo!
It ok. Came within a decent time. But says its a fast charger but compared to the one we had prior it actually is not. So that sucks. But overall its a charger.

Best bang for the buck that I found now that Cyberpower stopped offering build-you-own laptops. So far, it is working great. I will definitely recommend Nimo to others.

Good charger, however, this is the 3rd charger we've got from NIMO for their laptop - the 2st one failed a month after we purchased the laptop, the second stopped charging a year later. Hoping the third one will last...

Nimo is a solid company and i love my Nimo laptop!
So far we like the laptop a lot. I bought it as a replacement for my wife's laptop which was taking a long time to start up. This laptop starts up very quickly (under 12 seconds) which she is very happy with. I like that it does not have any preinstalled bloatware. I always hate having to uninstall virus protection and other programs when I know what programs I want to use. I like the build quality and the number of USB and C ports. I am definitely recommending Nimo to my friends and family. Ordering was very easy and it was delivered quickly. When I need to upgrade my laptop I will ordering from Nimo again. The only thing my wife doesn't like is the case shows fingerprints like crazy but other than that she loves it. Thank you for making such a high quality product. Also prior to ordering I used the Nimo chat window and they quickly answered all my questions.
