Returns for Peripherals:
Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

Customers praised this Ryzen 7 laptop for its "super fast" performance, gaming capabilities, and excellent value. Many noted "lightning-fast boot time" and solid build quality. However, some experienced battery drain issues during intensive use, screen color quality concerns, and occasional quirks like touchpad sensitivity and power button responsiveness.
The laptop was good except it froze and restarted every one hour or two. The support team was very responsive and are still helping me with it, just waiting on a response for their incorrect replacement
The only issue I have is the fingerprint reader is non-supported, as no Linux drivers exist for the particular chipset used. The one issue aside, the laptop works very well for me. Compiles wine32 in about 17 minutes. I appreciate that it supports 2 NVME drives. I use one for the OS and the other for /home. System 76 sells a Linux specific laptop that uses the same AMD Radeon™ 780M gpu.
To begin with I will say the price is well worth the laptop, the cpu is powerful so you can run games like Minecraft and other low to mid level graphic games. But for collage it is well worth it, especially if you want something that looks nice and won’t need a to upgrade for 4 or more years. The battery is also amazing only problem is when gaming it can drain quick but the charger it comes with is more than powerful enough to keep up and add more charge for this laptop. It can make some noise but not to the point it is in your face. Over all I will say it is well worth it for collage and light to mid gaming.

Can't find NITS specification but from experience it's probably 250 Nits.
Also the manual and labeling on the laptop for the USB 2.0 is in reverse. The black tabbed is 2.0 but labeled as SuperSpeed. The blue tabbed labeled as regular USB 2.0.
Overall it laptop seems to be working as expected. Just some little thing here and there that bothers me. Oh, the power button needs to be pressed a little longer for it to register, I guess it's by design but the button is already recessed in the bezel so I'd rather just have it as a quick press power on. Often need to remember to hold it an extra half second at least.
Also I can't seem to figure out how to have the keyboard backlit on at startup. Always need to turn it on again every time.
Pretty dang solid laptop. Ram, ssd, and the overall processing power is pretty awesome. It's a surprisingly light laptop in my opinion, pretty decent build quality. My biggest issue comes from the battery. When unplugged from an outlet and used for gaming, the battery, has gone from 100 down to 95 in maybe five minutes and then will steadily drop down to 75 percent. I think it only took maybe fifteen minutes. When not gaming, it's marginally better. If I'm just doing my welding assignments, the battery will drop from 100 to 95 in six minutes and then will slowly drop to 75 before I would plug it in. Besides the battery being wonky for me, I'd say it's a good deal.
I got this laptop Strickly for gaming and it has not let me down. I have tested it with these games so far at the highest settings and the laptop has no problems and looks awesome. I plan on testing battlefield 6 later I will update this comment soon. If you can catch this laptop on sale Its a no brainer BUY IT. I got it at 57% off so I am overjoyed with the performance for such a low price!! Only thing I would change would be the 16GB TO 32GB1.Peak2.Wild Assault3.Starship Troopers Extermination
Awesome laptop!! I'm sure it depends on the upgrades you're ordering, I ordered it with many upgrades, and I've never had such a fast laptop, same software and drivers as Dell or HP, and the build (Shell) is solid

Great little laptop. I wanted to replace my old laptop last winter before the crazy tariffs kicked in. This is an exceptional deal. It’s super fast. It does not come with Microsoft Office or any of that stuff on it, just windows. But Google Drive will take care of everything else you need in terms of word, processing, etc. The touchpad is a little wonky and so you have to be careful about not inadvertently doing things when you’re just typing. But I’m very pleased that I bought this.
Great laptop for the price. It’s thin and lightweight, perfect taking it on the go. The computing power is great for my needs, which is mostly schoolwork. The only downside is a battery that doesn’t seem to last as long as other laptops I have owned. But overall, it’s still a great deal. 4.5 stars!

I'd never heard of Nemo computers before, but my boys play Roblox and the old comp we had was 10 years old and kept glitching on their games. I use the computer to do basic google docs, spread sheets, google slides, email, etc for work. They play Roblox. It works just as well as my Dell intel icore7 laptop from work and the boys report that their games run faster on the Nemo than they do on the Dell. So the fish on the front and the blue color is pretty plus it's made in the USA which is what originally got my attention. The slightly lower price with the extended 2 yr warranty made me take a chance on an unknown brand. 9 months later we are still happy.
This turned out to be just what I was looking for at a cost that fit my budget.
