Returns for Peripherals:
Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

I have been testing all kinds of things on it. Windows works decently. I installed Linux and it works good too. It works for light gaming and work.
I think Nimo only needs a better variety of processors to be a top tier brand. Maybe some models with a dedicated GPU. But overall it's great. Wish they would ship to Mexico.
I just love my pink computer. Had my adult sons look at it and they said it's a pretty good computer. It was easy to set up. It's light which I wanted to travel with. Picture is clear and very impressive. I havent used it much yet but so far I am happy with my purchase.
One of the USB C port not working property (low power Indication) also the laptop battery only last about two of use.

NIMO is a high quality laptop computer that is lower in price but performs better than most other name brand computers. My system came with 32 GB of RAM running Windows 11. The system was 300 dollars cheaper than most major name brand systems.

I purchased the initial model because I had recently gotten both a 2TB SSD and 8gb of DDR5 at a bargain bin. Set up was pretty quick, just unscrewed the back panel, inserted everything, and installed windows 10 which i then upgraded with the windows 11 install assistant. Everything’s looking good so far. I haven’t tested any games yet because I at least want to get 16gb ram first. That said my browser and apps are running fast and smooth. Sound quality from the speakers isn’t great, but i use headphones anyway. The only real issue I ran into was forgetting to plug in the battery supply while I was inserting everything and that was a me thing. I’d recommend it based off what I’ve seen so far. Also remember to unplug your charger. The battery fills up quick so leaving it plugged in too long could lead to potential battery issues.

Great computer for the price. Loads programs quickly. Easy to setup. Screen is bright and clear. Would definitely recommend. A big plus that it is assembled in the USA.

Support staff was very quick to respond to questions. Hopefully I never have to use the warranty but nice to know that I have two years of peace of mind****Update**** Driver ls need updated. Micro SD card driver was not installed. Only found out after installing one an it didn't show up. I would have expected all devices to have been installed prior to me receiving the laptop. Not a huge deal but definitely needs to be considered as not everybody is knowledgeable enough to know how to find and update drivers on their own.

Overall a good value machine. I got this in October 2025 for $400. I have this for 1+ month. My review is based on the price, not comparing to a $2000 Macbook.The laptop is well built, nice looking. The power adapter is a USB-C one. It is not the big bulk one, but a smaller one which makes it easy to carry around. The screen is ok. The keyboard is comfortable to type in. The trackpad is good to use, not too small, but certainly not the best like Macbook. The battery is surprisingly good for a 15 laptop with Ryzen 7. I used it to play videos without plugged in and it went for a couple of hours. The battery still has a little less than half of the capacity.Generally, speedy machine for the price. Lightweight for a 15.6 laptop. One thing I especially like is that this machine has a lot of USB ports, on both sides of the laptop.
