Returns

  • New Products: You may return or exchange any new Nimo PC computer for any reason within 90 days of purchase. Accessories and merchandise follow the category-specific terms below.

Condition-Based Refund Adjustments

All returned computers are inspected after arrival. Any refund adjustment is based on the condition of the product received by Nimo compared with the condition in which it was originally sold.

Normal setup, testing, and light signs of ordinary use that still meet our Like New standard will not result in a deduction.

Condition Definitions

  • Like New: Fully functional, complete, and without material cosmetic damage. Minor signs from normal setup, testing, or short-term use are acceptable.
  • Very Good: Fully functional, with noticeable but moderate cosmetic wear that reduces resale value.
  • Good: Fully functional, but with significant cosmetic wear that materially reduces resale value.

Refurbished Products

For refurbished products, the returned condition is compared with the condition grade in which the product was sold:

Examples: Like New to Very Good receives a full refund; Very Good to Good receives a full refund; Like New to Good is subject to a 5% deduction.

Customer-Caused Damage and Missing Items

Customer-caused damage—including liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification—and missing components or accessories are not covered by the standard grading table. These cases are reviewed manually. Nimo may deduct the documented loss in value, repair cost, or replacement cost, up to 100% of the merchandise price.

No condition-based deduction will apply when the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage not caused by the customer.

Inspection and Notification

  1. Nimo inspects the returned product and records its condition and any missing items.
  2. Nimo determines the applicable condition grade and refund amount.
  3. If a deduction applies, Nimo provides the customer with the deduction amount and an explanation.
  4. The remaining refund is issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Warranty

  • New Products: Nimo PC new products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
    • During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all repair services and shipping costs.
    • Simply provide your proof of purchase and SN to claim warranty service.
    • We will arrange for repairs promptly.
  • Refurbished Products: Nimo PC refurbished products are covered by a 1-year warranty.
    • During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all repair services and shipping costs.

Warranty for All Accessories:

All Nimo PC accessories (including chargers, adapters, and hubs) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The return and replacement policy for accessories aligns with the new product policy.

Returns for Peripherals:

Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

    Fantastic little box to consolidate all your AI and NAS needs in one!

    I work in IT and probably "work" more at home because I love technology. I've made both AI and NAS servers in the past, but given we are very space-conscious, it's hard to maintain a bunch of large servers. The Nexus is fantastic because it lets you choose the amount of power you need for AI (with room to upgrade), but provides plenty of space to install NVMe or SATA drives to deploy your NAS. The design is pretty brilliant because it puts the GPU vertical which not only eliminates GPU sag, but allows it to fit larger GPUs that many Mini ITX cases won't - not to mention the cost of custom building a Mini ITX box. Building my own AI linux server from scratch was admittedly a bit difficult even for me, but I love how painlessly easy it is to deploy AI with their OS. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get into either AI or storage, and as a plus, the power-efficient CPU built in can even run some models on its own. Loving it!

    The Nimo Nexus AI Station is a different kind of NAS (in a good way)

    I'll start with this: I'm not a traditional NAS user. I've always just run my own servers with RAID or spun up ad-hoc Samba shares when I needed storage. So I came into the Nexus AI Station less as a "NAS buyer" and more as someone who wants a clean, powerful box for local compute + storage without a bunch of duct tape. And that's exactly where this thing shines. The Nexus AI Station doesn't really behave like the typical NAS appliances I've seen. It's closer to a compact server you'd actually want on your desk, with storage built in instead of bolted on. You've got: Ryzen 7 PRO CPU with solid headroom, support for a full-size GPU (huge differentiator), ECC RAM + ZFS support for real data integrity, 4 HDD + 3 NVMe slots for flexible storage, dual 10GbE which is honestly overkill in the best way. It's basically the setup I would've pieced together myself—just in one box. GPU support actually matters: most "AI NAS" products feel like marketing. This one lets you drop in a real GPU and run serious local models. You're not locked into a vendor ecosystem - if you've used Linux, Docker, or hypervisors before, you'll feel right at home. ZFS + ECC is the kind of thing I'd normally only bother with on a proper server build. This isn't a "plug it in and forget it" device - it rewards people who are comfortable running their own systems. The base price is reasonable, but realistically you'll want to pair it with a decent GPU. If you're expecting a traditional NAS experience, this might feel like overkill. But if you're someone who's been building your own servers, juggling storage + compute separately, or trying to run local AI without a mess of hardware, the Nexus AI Station makes a lot of sense. It feels less like "buying a NAS" and more like buying a foundation for a serious local setup. Not beginner-friendly, but for the right kind of user, this is a really compelling piece of hardware.
