Definition of Malicious Damage:

Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

    I Returned It

    Please notify me that you received the laptop, I sent it back a while ago and haven’t heard anything. I had a payment plan set up through Shop, and so I need to know that the laptop was returned and received, and that Shop was notified so they don’t try and continue with my payment plan that begins in March.     Absolutely beautiful

    The color is absolutely stunning, such a soft rose gold, and the adorable fish always bring a smile on my face when opening it. So far, this laptop has fit perfectly into my light gaming. likewise, movies have run beautifully. The only issue I have ran into these past weeks is that the charger is a tiny bit difficult to pull out, however, that is a preference so not too much of an issue, I mean on the bright side I won't unplug it on accident. Lastly, I absolutely, love the care of the customer support, and how they keep making sure I love it. I really do love this laptop and will be not only be buying again in the future but convincing my family and friends to.

    Excellent low-cost laptop

    My ASUS laptop, which I had for about 6 years, was starting to act up so rather than fool around with it, I decided to get a new unit. I shopped around, looked at reviews and specs and decided on this "student" NIMO-3500U. I customized is somewhat but even so, it was extremely low-cost. I was a little uneasy about buying an off-brand but I've had it for 4 months and it has performed flawlessly. One of my minimal requirements was a backlit keyboard and it is a very useful upgrade.

    Enjoying my new laptop

    I have been using my new laptop for a few weeks now. It's so much faster than my old desktop computer. I haven't had any problems and everything's working as it should. Would recommend Nimo computers to anybody.

    My only (minor) complains are that the battery life is a little shorter than I would like and it seems to run a little more than warm. Otherwise, it is speedy and smooth. For something so economical, im pleasently surprised. I can play a couple of games with ease and get my homework done efficiently. Ive recommended this product to several other people already.

    Easy to setup, boots up very quickly, fingerprint reader is very fast and convenient. No bloatware pre-loaded, Great for the price.Had a small issue with the audio, but the manufacturer, Nimo, replaced it with a brand new one before I even got a chance to ship back the original! I'm very impressed with the customer service and will look at Nimo computers again next time I need a laptop.

    Perfect for Mild Gaming, and any work I perform!

    Speedy at opening things, loading things, love how slim and smooth everything feels, felt well worth the money I spent and it can even run the game that I have been wanting to play (at a lower graphic and resolution which doesnt matter to me) Internet Cafe Sim 2! I can play the Sims 4 with great function and the sound works perfectly. When my laptop arrived, it had an issue with the battery not recognizing that it's charged and would shut off, so I had to send it back for repair which the Seller gladly helped fix ASAP, so I appreciate how much they strived for customer satisfaction! Not only did they help resolve this, but my laptop also said it needed an activation status even though it had one, and they resent it and resolved that as well very quickly! 😊 Really proud of the sellers customer service as well as happy with how well my laptop runs.

    Better than expected.

    Gigahertz Worry

    My PC was said to be good more multiple tasks such as video production and gaming, however, I am disappointed with the speed seen. It's 2.10ghz, I doubt it's good enough to accommodate FIFA 23/24 or PES 23/24 seeing that such was one of the main reason for the order...I have an AMD processor and AMD Radeon graphic card so I don't know my the games could be fast and good in quality??? Any help here?
