Definition of Malicious Damage:

  • Any product damage resulting from abnormal use is considered malicious damage.
  • This includes but is not limited to:

    • Using unauthorized accessories or software
    • Using the product for purposes other than its intended use

Warranty for All Accessories:

All Nimo PC accessories (including chargers, adapters, and hubs) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The return and replacement policy for accessories aligns with the new product policy.

Returns for Peripherals:

Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

    Laptop works extremely good! -- I accidentally had the computer die on an update which made it get stuck on a boot loop, but thankfully customer service was extremely helpful and sent a replacement and it has worked out fine since (the one i initially had was a black one but the newer had a red case, i still liked it obv)

    I was a bit skeptical about this new brand at first, but the specs on this laptop, especially at this price point, had me reconsidering. So, I took the plunge and ordered it. The delivery was super fast, and the packaging was pretty solid—right on par with what I’ve seen from brands like HP.As for the laptop itself, it’s exactly as advertised. The backlit keyboard, fingerprint unlock, privacy camera, and all the ports you could need—it’s all there.

    Use It Every Day

    I have a 19" HP, but I wanted this so I could carry it to my patio and use outside. I do absolutely everything on this little laptop that I do on my bigger one. It took most of the day to do all the updates when I received it, but that's normal. I have had no problems with this laptop, I use it every day to do anything I need. The battery life is good, it will last 5 to 6 hrs. depending how constant I am on it. I don't know all the technology of it, but it has a very clear screen, the speed of loading pages is fast, it will lay flat, it has a backlit keyboard. The backlit keyboard doesn't stay on all the time, but when you open it and punch a key it will light up, this is a feature that I really like because I don't like my keyboard lit up all the time. It's very light weight. I am thoroughly enjoying it and am glad I got it. Very worth it.

    Initial set up took ~4hrs, mostly waiting on windows to install it's millions of updates.Unfortunately, the laptop is painfully slow to run for the first 4 or so minutes, opening a tab may take a full minute to actually load due to the CPU not the Internet speed. I only use it for school, no hardcore gaming and it is just enough for me.
