Where can I find my Windows Activation Key? +
Your Nimo PC comes with a digital license — there is no physical product key. Just connect to Wi-Fi during the initial setup and Windows will activate automatically. No action needed on your end.
How do I turn on the keyboard backlight or fix unresponsive volume keys? +
To turn on or adjust the keyboard backlight, press Fn + Space. If your function keys (volume, brightness, etc.) feel unresponsive, press Fn + Esc to toggle FnLock mode — that switches the top row between media controls and standard F1–F12.
My touchpad isn't working or the cursor disappeared. What should I do? +
You may have accidentally locked the touchpad. Press Fn + F9 to unlock it. If an external mouse works but the touchpad still doesn't, tap Contact Support below and we'll quickly walk you through reinstalling the touchpad driver.
My laptop has no sound or the audio device is missing. +
This is usually a simple driver conflict. Tap Contact Support below for the latest Nimo Audio Driver — installing it typically takes under 3 minutes and resolves the issue.
An accessory is missing or I received the wrong item. +
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. First, please double-check all compartments inside the packaging — small accessories can sit under the foam. If it's truly missing, tap Contact Support below and include: (1) your Order Number and (2) a clear photo of the items you received. We'll dispatch a replacement immediately.
My PC won't turn on or isn't charging — is it a battery issue? +
Before requesting a repair, please check three things: (1) Is the charging indicator light on when plugged in? (2) Try a different wall outlet. (3) Make sure all cable connections are tight on both ends. In most cases the charger is the issue, not the laptop — a charger replacement is much faster and cheaper than shipping the whole PC back.
