    Returns

    • New Products: You may return any new Nimo PC product for any reason within 90 days of purchase.
      • No special explanations or RMA authorizations are required for returns.
      • We will cover all return shipping costs.

    • Refurbished Products: You may return any refurbished Nimo PC product for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
      • No special explanations or RMA authorizations are required for returns.

    Condition-Based Refund Adjustments

    All returned computers are inspected after arrival. Any refund adjustment is based on the condition of the product received by Nimo compared with the condition in which it was originally sold.

    Normal setup, testing, and light signs of ordinary use that still meet our Like New standard will not result in a deduction.

    The percentage is calculated using the merchandise price actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

    Condition Definitions

    • Like New: Fully functional, complete, and without material cosmetic damage. Minor signs from normal setup, testing, or short-term use are acceptable.
    • Very Good: Fully functional, with noticeable but moderate cosmetic wear that reduces resale value.
    • Good: Fully functional, but with significant cosmetic wear that materially reduces resale value.

    Refurbished Products

    For refurbished products, the returned condition is compared with the condition grade in which the product was sold:

    Two grades lower 5% deduction

    Examples: Like New to Very Good receives a full refund; Very Good to Good receives a full refund; Like New to Good is subject to a 5% deduction.

    Customer-Caused Damage and Missing Items

    Customer-caused damage—including liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification—and missing components or accessories are not covered by the standard grading table. These cases are reviewed manually. Nimo may deduct the documented loss in value, repair cost, or replacement cost, up to 100% of the merchandise price.

    No condition-based deduction will apply when the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage not caused by the customer.

    Inspection and Notification

    1. Nimo inspects the returned product and records its condition and any missing items.
    2. Nimo determines the applicable condition grade and refund amount.
    3. If a deduction applies, Nimo provides the customer with the deduction amount and an explanation.
    4. The remaining refund is issued to the original payment method.

    This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

    Warranty

    • New Products: Nimo PC new products are covered by a 2-year warranty.
      • During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all repair services and shipping costs.
      • Simply provide your proof of purchase and SN to claim warranty service.
      • We will arrange for repairs promptly.
    • Refurbished Products: Nimo PC refurbished products are covered by a 1-year warranty.
      • During the warranty period, we will be responsible for all repair services and shipping costs.

    • Customer-caused damage includes product damage resulting from abnormal use.

    Warranty for All Accessories:

    All Nimo PC accessories (including chargers, adapters, and hubs) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The return and replacement policy for accessories aligns with the new product policy.

    Returns for Peripherals:

    Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

Please note that all configurations beyond the original 0GB RAM + 0GB storage version are upgraded by third-party partners authorized by us. The price difference between the standard version and the upgraded versions reflects the cost of the upgrading service as well as the cost of upgrading parts, which is charged by third-party service providers. This cost has already been included in the final price of each upgraded configuration.
