Returns
All returned computers are inspected after arrival. Any refund adjustment is based on the condition of the product received by Nimo compared with the condition in which it was originally sold.
Normal setup, testing, and light signs of ordinary use that still meet our Like New standard will not result in a deduction.
| Returned Condition | Refund Adjustment |
|---|---|
| Like New | No deduction |
| Very Good | 10% deduction |
| Good | 15% deduction |
The percentage is calculated using the merchandise price actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
For refurbished products, the returned condition is compared with the condition grade in which the product was sold:
| Condition Change | Refund Adjustment |
|---|---|
| Same grade | No deduction |
| One grade lower | No deduction |
| Two grades lower | 5% deduction |
Examples: Like New to Very Good receives a full refund; Very Good to Good receives a full refund; Like New to Good is subject to a 5% deduction.
Customer-caused damage—including liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification—and missing components or accessories are not covered by the standard grading table. These cases are reviewed manually. Nimo may deduct the documented loss in value, repair cost, or replacement cost, up to 100% of the merchandise price.
No condition-based deduction will apply when the issue is confirmed to be a product defect or shipping damage not caused by the customer.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

The NIMO N-Lite Series is designed for students, families, home users, and professionals who need a reliable laptop for everyday tasks. It is suitable for web browsing, online classes, documents, video calls, streaming, and general office work.
For basic browsing, documents, and online learning, an entry-level memory and storage configuration may be sufficient. For smoother multitasking and longer-term use, 16GB of memory and at least 512GB of SSD storage are recommended. Available configurations vary by model.
N-Lite laptops can support casual games, media playback, and light photo or content editing. They are not intended for demanding AAA gaming, advanced 3D rendering, or other sustained high-performance workloads. Customers who need more performance should consider the N-Pro or N-AI Series.
Upgrade options vary by model and configuration. Some N-Lite models support replaceable or expandable memory and M.2 SSD storage, while others may have different hardware limitations. Please check the specifications on the individual product page before purchase.
New N-Lite laptops include NIMO's standard warranty and return coverage shown on the applicable product page. Final eligibility, return periods, and warranty terms are subject to NIMO's current published policies.
