Warranty for All Accessories:
All Nimo PC accessories (including chargers, adapters, and hubs) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The return and replacement policy for accessories aligns with the new product policy.
Returns for Peripherals:
Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

Our standard model comes with 0GB RAM and 0GB storage. To meet diverse customer needs, we offer various customization options honorably provided by US employees hired by third-party partners. Please note that all configurations beyond the original 0GB RAM + 0GB storage version are upgraded by third-party partners authorized by us. The price difference between the standard version and the upgraded versions reflects the cost of the upgrading service as well as the cost of upgrading parts, which is charged by third-party service providers. This cost has already been included in the final price of each upgraded configuration.
Upgraded devices can be purchased directly from Amazon.Devices upgraded by our approved partners still enjoy full official warranty coverage, ensuring you have peace of mind with your purchase.
