Definition of Malicious Damage:

Any product damage resulting from abnormal use is considered malicious damage.
This includes but is not limited to:

- Using the product for purposes other than its intended use

Warranty for All Accessories:

All Nimo PC accessories (including chargers, adapters, and hubs) are covered by a 1-year warranty. The return and replacement policy for accessories aligns with the new product policy.

Returns for Peripherals:

Mouse pads and other small peripherals have a 7-day return and 15-day exchange policy, but do not have a long-term warranty period.

Please note that all configurations beyond the original 0GB RAM + 0GB storage version are upgraded by third-party partners authorized by us. The price difference between the standard version and the upgraded versions reflects the cost of the upgrading service as well as the cost of upgrading parts, which is charged by third-party service providers.
